How to Enroll
Who can apply? Harmony Science Academy is an open-enrollment charter school. Students who lives in Harris County and will attend K through 8^th grades for the next school year (2007-2008) from all school districts can apply for enrollment.
	Tuition-Free: Harmony Science Academy-Houston NW is a tuition-free charter school. Criteria for Admission: There is no testing or qualification required to attend Harmony Science Academy. Timely application and availability of space are the determining factors for enrollment.
Lottery: Any student who lives in the area and who submits a timely application may attend Harmony Science Academy-Houston NW. If the number of applications exceeds the school's capacity, applicants will be selected through a lottery process.

Enrollment Checklist Once your child is admitted to the school, the following documents are required for enrollment. information is required: Birth certificate, Proof of residency (copy of a utility bill showing parents’ name on it) Application Form Enrollment Form Copy of student's last report card, Copy of the most recent TAKS scores (or Stanford ), Copy of Social Security Card, Copy of Special Education Reports (if applicable), Complete immunization records (date, month and year of every immunization received), Proof of withdrawal from your child's former school. Other necessary forms will be provided by the registration office.
Kindergarten and First Grade Admission Policy
First Graders First graders must be six years old by September 1 of the current year unless the child has completed public kindergarten in another state/country or has been receiving public first grade instruction in another state/country.
